CBK Remodeling & Design

This is now our third project / remodel with Jake. He tore out the old tile in our kitchen, dining room, entry way and installed LVT flooring. Then trimmed everything out. Previous was a bathroom, then a lower bathroom and laundry room. The remodel is just wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure the details is just what I wanted. I am sure down the line I will have more projects for him!

We love our new bathroom and working with Jake was fantastic! When talking to him it’s clear he’s not just a handyman, he’s had a whole career with lots of experience in construction, with quality connections for specialized tasks like plumbing and electric. When we went over budget on our personal choices for the fixtures, he had options for us to try and make it up elsewhere to stay on budget to the original estimate. He only takes on one project at a time, so all his attention can be focused on you during your project instead of having to split time between multiple places on different days. Honest, timely, fair, and professional. Would definitely work with him again!

This family business, now run by Jake, is exactly what we were hoping for. He took down our old deck and put up a larger replacement. We wanted a low maintenance deck that would look good for years to come. This deck is beautiful. We now have a better view of our yard and plenty of space to entertain.
