We’ve been working with C&C HVAC Services since 2020 after they were highly recommended by the previous owners of our home, and we couldn’t be happier. Their team is always professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Aaron Ducksworth and Franklin are both excellent, but truly the entire team has been wonderful to work with. It’s rare to find a company that is so dependable and consistently delivers great service. We’re grateful to have them taking care of our home.

We highly recommend C & C for heat pump installation. Paul grasps the immense asset of modern heat pump technology. Our outdated system was dying, and we hired C & C to replace it with a heat pump. We are thrilled with the result. Before, during, and after the installation, Paul did an amazing job of navigating communications among various stakeholders to ensure that we had as smooth of an experience as possible. Despite the insanely cold outdoor temperatures this winter, Paul, Santos and Oscar demonstrated integrity, positive professionalism and high-quality workmanship throughout the process. My children enjoyed having them around. We are so happy to have found this C & C, and look forward to working with them in the future.

I’m giving 3 stars as I don’t want to devalue the work that was done, as the gentleman who assisted us last year did a really good, thorough job. 5 stars But, the administration and execution of the invoice, payment, reaching out to me was incredibly poor. The owner reached out to me directly a few months ago as they had not received payment on an invoice. After clarifying that I had not received an invoice, it turns out they had incorrectly saved my email and did not attempt to reach me via my phone number (which they had) for over a year. After spelling out the email over the phone, they still recorded it incorrectly and I had to call back a day later to have them correct it again. Once they corrected the email, they sent me a blank invoice that was not itemized with just a dollar amoun

He took the time to walk me through my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. His professionalism and transparency immediately gave me confidence in my decision. When it came time for the service, John and Santos the technicians, were outstanding. They arrived right on time, was respectful of my home, and explained everything they were doing in a way that made sense. Kevin has serviced our splits and our boilers and he is adept at ensuring each product is its most efficient, leaving us most comfortable. His prices are reasonable and he explains his work, giving us tips for keeping our units at their best. I highly recommend him.
