CCI Commercial Construction

I had a positive experience with CCI Commercial Construction for a commercial interior renovation project in an old building that meant navigating many unknowns. They were transparent, proactive and a great partner to help take us across the goal. Challenges are a part of construction and they worked with us to get through them. I would recommend having them take a look at your commercial projects in DFW area.

We used CCI Construction and more specifically Chris Caputo the owner and his team to completely renovate a 30,000 sq-ft warehouse. Our first meeting set Chris apart from all the other contractors we interviewed, he showed up early to walk the site with every one of his sub-contractors that were needed for the scope of the project. We walked the site with his foreman, plumbers, painters, HVAC, drywall team, landscape team, fence installer, engineer, architect, garage door installers, electricians, etc. His bid was accurate and detailed line-itemizing out our costs along with alternatives to save money etc. His team executed the job on time and on budget. CCI was hired to do a series of projects in our office and after months waiting on permits, they drop the project when asked to provide with proper documentation on spill and waste management plan. My impression is that their lack of knowledge on state codes and regulations made them quote us before knowing the real cost of the job they were hired for. Then instead of admitting a quoting error, they just dropped the project.
