CCI Windows

My unit was on the 24th floor at Waikiki and I bought it last year. At that time,I didn't know that the window was broken and needed repair.Under the window is ALA WAI BLVD，During that time, the wind was very strong every day.I am very worried that the glass will fall to the ALA WAI BLVD. There are many cars and pedestrians downstairs. In April last year, my building manager gave me the phone number of the CCI window, I contacted them and and I paid $50, One week later they went to my unit to check the window ,then said they will contacted me back, told me how to repair the windows. But after that,no one contacted me. After half a month, I contacted them again. They said that my windows need to be replaced . We had a great experience with CCI! They were recommended to us by our realtor, and we're glad we chose them. We recently had 10 windows replaced in my condominium unit by Waikiki. They are extremely professional, conscientious and respectful throughout the ordering and installation process. I'm happy to recommend them and would use them again.

I've worked hand in hand with a lot of the subcontractors that were hired by this company and CCI swears upon that they do install themselves in house. There is no structure nor good quality of work as I know a lot of carpenters who've worked for them. They are flat out terrible. It's sad to see that such a wonderful company in the prior years was sold to the hands to someone who knows absolutely nothing about carpentry and cannot provide proper procedure's how to install any of the materials they sell. I advise you to only purchase but to never get an install from CCI. From their work I have seen and have worked alongside while on property. They are not worth it. CCI installed a new kitchen window in my condo unit. The workmanship was flawless and done with great care to my furnishings. Mahalo Nui Loa. CCI will be replacing my bedroom window now as I am completely satisfied with their previous work.
