Kyle and staff made ordering and installing a new garage door on our detached garage seemless. Through weather delays holding up construction on the garage, Kyle patiently awaited our progress and for the proper time to install the new door. First of all, my garage door spring broke on Christmas Eve… CCM not only answered the phone, they found a tech that was still out working and sent him over to get my door working that day. I scheduled a replacement of all the springs and the opener for after the holiday. The team came out on time and did a great job installing all the new components and adjusting the door. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Since a part had to be ordered another appointment had to be scheduled. The office was prompt with scheduling the second appointment for the next day.
