He arrived on time (the day of the service); explained (beforehand) what needed to be done; and discussed the cost involved with an option for getting what would be efficient and affordable for me. Mr. Smith finished installing my new HVAC system within the time frame that he said he would (one day) and helped me understand how to use the app on my phone for the system. What impressed me most about Mr. Smith was his level of professionalism. We were referred to C&D Mechanical by a friend for a malfunctioning compressor related to my heat pump. I contacted C&D Mechanical and Mr. Smith showed up and ran some tests to confirm what the issue was and educated me on the functionality of the unit because "An educated consumer is the best customer." He ordered a new compressor and the necessary parts that were needed. A date/time was set up to remove the old one and a few days later he installed the new one making sure that everything was working properly before he collected a dime.

Dwayne has worked on my HVAC on two separate occasions. He’s been a total professional in his work and demeanor, while also explaining to me the various components of the HVAC system.
