Cda is the worst!! I thought a local company would be better. NO! They are the worst. After they put a new roof on i had several leaks. They had to comeback several times to attempt to fix the leak around the chimney it finally appeared to have stopped. After several attempts to stop the leaks around the vent pipe it may have been fixed but won’t know until we get a good rain storm. Now they also installed gutter guards. But they were installed wrong. Instead of being flat on the gutters they were installed at a 45 degree angle that caused massive ice damns built up on the gutters. I have no idea of what damage that might have caused. Avoid this company! The owner was difficult to deal with and threatened going to war with me.

less than 6 months with a new roof and we already have 3 leaks. first leak came all the way thru 2 floors. second leak ruined the ceiling and split the paint. 3rd leak came thru 2 floors in the walls. contacted Firestone about the warranty, and come to find out they never finished the job and the warranty was never fully implied. now im stuck in the middle of trying to deal with CDA and Firestone. this is not a reputable company at all or in any way. the reason we are having leaks is, CDA broke 2 of the sky light in more than 15 places on each and they reused them and put them back in place broken. what would you say to a company that does work like this? would you give them a recommendation?

In late fall we discovered we needed a new roof. We also had solar panels that had to be removed first, so we had a lot of "moving parts" on this job. Chris from CDA gave us a great price (and senior discount) and had the crew out at 7 AM the day after the panels were removed. The crew was on time, worked incredibly hard, cleaned up our property after, and were finished by 3 PM that same day. The roof looks great, and the price was great. I would use these folks again, and I encourage you to get a bid from them. You'll be glad you did. Thanks for the good work.

Just got the house sided and added new gutters, big upgrade from the cedar shakes I had. Tony was great at communicating throughout the process and coordinating the electrical work I needed to install/replace a few light fixtures on the outside. The crew was here working at 7 every day starting promptly and very friendly, answering all my questions. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. When its time for a new roof, I know who I am calling.
