The work done by CDB Construction can be best described by one of their customers who now enjoy living in their custom-built home. Jeremy built our first custom home up at Hawk Creek Ranch Estates, 12 miles North of the City of Davenport, WA. My husband and I were absolutely impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of our home. I was here on-site during the whole building process and working with Jeremy and his team on the details of our home was amazing. Jeremy is an exceptional Project Manager/ Owner, with expert experience in building top-quality custom homes for his clients. The communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. No stars. . Worst company ever. Now they are in Wyoming. Do not use them. Jeremy Tikka is all about money and no accountability.

As other contractors have said, they do not pay their vendors. After multiple attempts to get paid and multiple promises and excuses about their 'book keeper,' I gave up. Looks like their license is now inactive, but buyer beware when doing business with Jeremy Tikka.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Not only did they do an awful job, but Jeremy is just a liar. He has zero communication skills and will flat out lie about anything. Protect yourself, DO NOT HIRE THEM! It is costing us thousands to finish or correct their work, that is what can be fixed.

We needed out drop ceiling reworked to stabilize it as tiles were starting to come loose and fall. Gregg and his team at CDB Construction came in and looked at it, figured out a plan. Once the tile that needed replaced came in, they had our ceiling reinforced and safe to sit under in no time and even did it during off hours so they didn't disturb anyone working.
