I had issues with solenoid pins shearing and contacted service. Within a week i had received new internals for both 1250's which were shipped to me here Australia. Quick, prompt service from Chris.

Company does not stand behind product. I purchased a 550 about 10 months ago. In lest than one year the canister seal, the on/off switch, inlet connector and one of my hoses have all went bad! The company claims to sell crush free hoses. I got 2 hoses when I purchased it one of them is crush free the other I can crush with my hand. When I confronted the company about it they told me it wasn't there hose and refused to replace it even though they sold it to me!!! So of the 4 things wrong with my vacuum they only warranty the switch. After I got very upset with them they then even refused to warranty the parts that are under warranty. Very disappointed in the product quality. I spent around $1200 for a vacuum hoped it would last more than one year!!!

I have not had the experiences others are vocalizing in their reviews. This is a quality, American-made product with a rock solid support staff. It's important to find a good distributor of the product with a mechanic who understands the vacuums well. That will help solve a lot of the issues that are being talked about here. I would absolutely recommend this product!

great vacuum minor changes would help. to the guys who have issues with them not pulsing make damn sure your ground is not broken. this will fry circuit board inside!!!!!! don't let the ground break off if it does do not plug it in and run until you repair. so make sure vacuum chord and extension chord are always in perfect shape. run them for 8 hours a day for over a year. motor is still good pb1250

I purchased one of their vacuums and had issues shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. The issue was the result of a poor design that caused interferences in the motor and required a new motor. After getting passed off to different people in the company I was finally told I would have to pay for the new motor. After reading reviews on discussion forums it sounds like some people had many more issues than me. I was proud to buy an American made product and I let that blind me to the fact that they're a company with a poor product and poor customer service.
