CDE Lightband Office

It's taken me a while but I'm finally getting around to sharing my CDE story! Back in August I went to Florida for a few days leaving my partner at home to take care of our cats. The night before I was to come home our internet went out. My partner is not on the account and this was unacceptable so he called me hoping I could help. I wasn't sure what I could do about it being 500 miles away but I told him I'd try. It was going on 10:00 pm, and with very little hope, I went ahead and called CDE customer service anyway. "Kim" answered the call and I'm telling you, hands down this girl was THE BEST customer service rep I have EVER talked to. I mean that. She patiently waited while I borrowed another cell phone to call my partner on. I had each of them on speaker phone so they could communicat

I went in to set up service and when they came out. They didn't have a clue they were suppose to set up a phone. I went to get things corrected and I wasted two hours of my time which I will never get back. If they were to give you a copy of what you were getting for set up instead of just putting it in the computer. I guarantee things would be better.

Absolutely horrible company avoid the area they cover if you can. They randomly raid and can’t show any proof of why. Even told me I have to pay extra for Christmas I don’t even have. All they do is scam people

Just Awful company for the inefficient communications and borderline discriminatory policies. After hearing I needed a $700deposit on a new start up business account application, it has been a nightmare. They screwed up my balance and didnt charge for my deposit makkng it impossible to pay. Had to call in several times and direct the staff as to what they need to do, thus making my experience a 10/10difficult- and now I received a somewhat threatening letter that stated these accounting or clerical errors were in fact enough they could instill another large deposit but for my already existing personal account now?!! What in the world is this legal??--I will be complaining to BBB about this type of treatment. As a consumer, they are completely lost in how they conduct business. Never admit

Darius was excellent. Customer service was perfect. Give this man a well deserved raise. Helped connect my devices and was very quick and friendly through out the whole install.
