There are too many good things to say about CDM Cesspool Services. We purchased an older house in 2021 and had a drainage problem right away. Mike answers the phone when you call, comes fast, and is extremely fair with pricing. He'll actually guide you in the right direction to protect you from costly repairs in the future. Not many companies will do that. Mike/CDM understand client retention. I've called Mike a few times and he has even given me advice over the phone! He keeps things as simple as possible so the home owner can understand. It's a small company with the owner directly involved, that's what you want. So happy I have these guys in my contacts!

Excellent EXCELLENT work. Cant emphasize that enough. From the first phone call, Mike took his time to hear my every concern and he explained in detail what the possible issues could be and the different ways to tackle them. Never once did I feel rushed or trying to be sold. He explained everything in detail so I had a good understanding of what exactly we were dealing with. Mike gave me straight talk. Three weeks prior to calling Mike, I had called a local company out of pure desperation since the cesspool backup started to flood not only my bathroom but heavy amounts of water was leaking into my basement. We had issues with overflow from our cesspool (water everywhere!) on Monday morning. Mike and his crew were at our house by 3:30 that afternoon!! After assessing the problem, he not only explained it, he showed it to us, and how it would be repaired. He could have talked us into another service, but he explained that it looked good and we should be ok for a few years! We were one flush away from having sewage spilling into our home. His price was extremely fair, and we didn’t have one doubt that we were not being “ripped off”. He fixed our problem, quickly and perfectly. Mike took us back to show us the work done.
