CDM Construction

CDM did repairs & renovations to the facade of my building, the first overhaul of the front exterior since the 1950s! They pressure-washed, caulked, water-proofed & painted, among other things. The project came in under budget. See the attached before & after pictures. I am really pleased with the results!

CDM has done work for our POA and will be doing more in the near future. The work was done well, workers were courteous and helpful in offering possible solutions to other repair needs. AND our final bill came in below estimate!

We have gotten several small projects done over the years, and they are always nice and very responsive. They won't run from a small project. Highly recommend.

Completely unprofessional. Unreliable estimates, they do not respect other people's time. Show up late, talk a big game, the list goes on and on. All I've heard about the owners was excellent but that's definitely not the case, at least for me.

Excellent service! Pamela kept me informed during the whole process. Will definitely use them in the future.
