I was totally impressed by the dryer vent cleaning service done by C&E Carpets and Vent this afternoon (in fact, the service guy just left 5 minutes ago). I have a severely clogged dryer vent/duct, as a result my dryer could not dry the clothes properly. I called C&E and Cheryl was courteous and prompt in setting up my appointment (the same afternoon). The service person, Eli, arrived on time and went right to work. Eli “thoroughly” cleaned out entire dryer duct from the inside to the outside of the house (which was about 25 ft long). I was shocked by how much junk Eli was able to clean out (it filled half of a large trash bag). I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner. The whole team were so professional. They have all the proper equipment and take care to do a good job. In about an hour's time they had made two rooms in my house look brand new. Definitely would use again, they are worth every penny!

Came out to clean the seat of my car & my sofa needless to stay once the job was complete. The sofa which was white had turned completely brown and the seats in my car look like he never touched then when I called and asked him, could he come back out because the job was not done, and it looked like he had done nothing he came back out a second time and told me the reason why I didn’t come clean. It was because he did it at night and he couldn’t see after a second cleaning. My car look like it had never been touched, and I gave up and end up taking it somewhere else where it came clean, and as for my sofa it’s ruined because it should’ve been cleaned without water and he put water on it so now it’s ruined and now he won’t answer the phone or take responsibility for his mistakes.
