CE (Carrier Enterprise) - Baltimore

So so much better than the Hanover branch. The employees are 1000% times nicer. Only pain is that the store isn’t as big as Hanover so they don’t have the parts in stock all the time but I will reiterate that this branch is way better than whatever they have going on at Hanover

What a stupid idea to have a kiosk and make people sign in before you can get your material even when there’s no other customers in the store.

Be careful of buying anything from them. You not be able to return if you have opened and package. Even if you have not used it at all. Just a little mistake will cost you your hard earned money. I have never seen any place will not return within 3 days. I would recommend to purchase from other shops.

I am the warehouse manager for an HVAC company. I was in a bind trying to get a control boards for 2 of my customers. Both of my customers were under warranty. The boards were back ordered at Carrier's factory and the only store that had them was the Baltimore branch. Mike and his team was able to get them to me next day. I was able to get my customers heat back on. Kudos to Mike and his team. Thanks Mike keep up the great work.

Wow! All I can say is these people are amazing! Phone rep was professional! When I walked in I got to meet Joe and the rest of the workers!!! All friendly and helpful. They are also stocked with items.
