CE (Carrier Enterprise)

I have to go to supply houses all the time due to being a technician. These gentleman in the Columbia, are always super helpful and almost always have, or can get what I need! Thank you guys without you the world wouldn’t spin the same!

The two young gentlemen that installed a new outside unit and the whole HVAC unit inside for me today were amazing. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me (including where to put a filter) and answered all of my questions. For owner purposes (this was on Alhambra 7/17/25). I failed to get their names but they were awesome. Highly recommend. And the outside unit is so quiet. I can hear people talking while it's running unlike my last unit which sounded like a freight train.

Best crew at this branch. Ryan does not hesitate to get creative in finding a solution!

Always has what I need, and the guys are very helpful. First place I go to for parts!

Very pleased. Needed a condenser fan motor for my AC during this heat wave and the two guys working today helped find the right one. They were friendly and helpful and best of all they knew their stuff. They clearly took pride in helping me get what I needed. AC is working great now.
