The crew here have always been extremely kind, generous, and helpful every time I go here. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help out in whatever way they can! Everyone there is awesome!
There is no customer service here the people move like sloths. I called to confirm that they have the part in stock drive 35 mins to get it then the same guy tells me they don't have it. Waste of time!
They randomly pull the wrong parts and don't care. Nice guys at the counter but you can tell that it isn't their business.
Very bad customer service I been on hold for 32 minutes and still holding. If I had another option I would not do business with them.
They moved further away. Show some love for southwest wake companies? Nope.
