Went to kissimmee to set up an account i felt like I was walking into taco bell. Nobody there but have to sign in a tablet. Then a guy hiding behind computer calls my name i ask to set up account and he let's me know i have to do all of it online now.. wow then the other counter associate pipes his two cents in very condescending and rudely. So Jose panisi should not be dealing with people very rude and i will not go back with him there. Sorry buddy but u are just a parts counter guy not my mom or dad those are the only people that can talk to me like that. I asked to talk to manager wich was just as bad with people. One star service might as well replace them with robots will be a lot cheaper. And better.with customers. Big fail.
Started a partnership with the Kissimmee Florida branch. Sales team there are always helpful and friendly. I look forward to a long partnership with this company and this branch as my home branch. I did stop in the Orlando branch as well one time. They were also friendly and helped me quickly.
I had a great experience at the store. Jose Parisi helped me to find everything I needed he was very efficient and professional!
