It’s always a pleasure working with Jeremy at the front counter at your Largo location he’s very knowledgeable on the all products and I’ll continue to go there for all my HVAC needs.

When did they change their hours to 4:00pm to close at? This week we are under an extreme heat warning and they close at 4:00 what service technicians do you know only work till 4:00 in the in the summertime. When I arrived at the store at 4:15 and saw it was closed there was not even a sign with the store hours posted. They used to be open till 4:30

Outstanding customer service. Always helpful with ordering parts or general questions. There is always someone there that can assist with my daily needs whether it is warranty, parts , claims or billing, they are fast , reliable and dependable making my job easier. I can't even remember a time that I have been left on hold with Carrier, like I said they are awesome to deal with, wish more companies were this easy.

CE Carrier Enterprise Largo Location has been a positive experience every time I call in looking to order parts, verify warranties, and or resend lost invoices. I had been out of the HVAC Industry for the past 10 years and because of them Brian, Kiera, and Greg they have helped me and my team be successful. I spend a lot of time calling and ordering parts with quick turnaround times that allows us to meet the expectations of our customers. I was doing a call for another company, didn't have the customers name called carrier largo Brian answered gave him the serial number to see if it is under warranty he asked me the customer name I told him I don't have have it he told me rudly it wasn't under warranty I told Brian don't get lippy with me i had i few choice swear words that i called him the company I was doing the call for will called the part and when I walked in to pick it up he was rude again . By the way it was the first will call that I went to pick up that was actually pulled already I didn't have to go back out to the truck to get the serial number waste my time and money doing that. Carrier has the worst customer service
