rude old man staff member, not knowledgeable on prices.
my air-conditioning went out just before a family gathering when the people ordered the part I needed carrier sent the wrong one cost me hundreds of more dollars and embarrassment of not having an air conditioner, after they promised me it would be in by then. Of course the Company (Jakes) that was supposed to put the fan in charged me double because it was after hours to fix it temporarily so they suck also
