We've been Carrier dealers for nearly 30yrs. The current crew at Comfort Products is top notch. Special shout out to our territory manager Hillary, who is a gem to work with, keeps their product lines stocked, and bends over backwards even for last minute changes. Courtney at the front counter is particularly awesome; she always has my orders ready for pick up, even remember my name despite all the customers she helps; that's customer service! John in the warehouse is fantastic also and I enjoy getting to chat with him when I am picking up equipment. Thank you all for your effort during the hottest days and coldest nights!

I've been using comfort products for a long time. I will admit, in the past I've had some issues with counter help. However, I have found Chelsey is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and helping us with our requests. She is the reason for the 5 stars.

I have sat on this review for 6 years. We are finally done with the Carrier HVAC and will never need service on it again so we will not have to have any further consequences nor interaction with the "customer service" department, particularly Becky. When we required some guidance we were given this contact information and had the misfortune of reaching "Becky". I sat by as my wife tried to navigate the service request and listened to her via speakerphone get interrupted over and over again. She did not get a single opportunity to complete a sentence. My wife was getting very frustrated as Becky continued to demonstrate that she was incapable of listening. I believe that listening is a fundamental part of a "customer service" professional. Becky was not blessed with that skill. After

Front desk is easy. You have to sign a form and call you by your name.When you're the only person in there, kind of weird. That process is fast and easy. Now getting your equipment is the difficult part. You wait, wait and wait and wait some more. Doing this review as I wait at the loading dock.Four guys were running around here and none of them have helped us yet, but I gave it two stars
