I've recently started to increase my volume of business with this location because of the proximity to my office. Bianca has made doing business at this location a dream. She's pleasant, persistent, and professional. When companies as big as Carrier Enterprise see large growth at individual branches, I hope they realize it's 100% because of the people who take their jobs and responsibilities as seriously as this young lady. Bianca is a large contributor to my decision to grow my level of business with CE. She's one of the best inside sales associates I've dealt with at any distributor, all across Texas, in my short 20-year tenure as an HVAC tech. Well done, CE, bravo. Great catch!

Bianca is awesome at what she does. She's always in a good mood and brings great vibes to the store. She's always smiling, happy to help, and she goes out of her way with anything we need-making sure we get the correct equipment every time. Her smile is contagious, and her personality is just as amazing. On the other hand, it's disappointing to see that a big company like Carrier doesn't allow their workers to have a chair. I can tell because every time me or our techs go in, we notice there aren't chairs around. It makes it seem like Carrier doesn't care about keeping their employees comfortable. 5 stars for Bianca!

i’ve never been a fan of the south east branch even before they moved to the Pasadena location. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but today was different. Bianca greeted me within 1-2 minutes, addressed my order and had me leaving the dock in under 10 minutes. Great service, keep it up!
