The app and online portal is great for quickly finding warranty info and parts availability. Also easy to place the order for immediate pick up. If there is ever any delays in parts or items needed in a quicker time frame Kiera always comes through for us and is very professional. I will be the first to admit that this branch has had its share of struggles in the past but since management has changed I have seen a shift in improved customer service and certainly a more hands on approach. Plus wait times have improved.

Called at 3:58pm yesterday, waited on hold for 10 minutes until someone picked up. They told me to hold on again without even speaking to me, and then left me on hold until until after they closed and NEVER came back on the line. Garbage customer service!

I went to obtain information on a new Carrier system. Rude and refused to help because I am not a licensed contractor. So off to another brand.

You have to be a licensed contractor to purchase parts and materials from Carrier Enterprise, I'll say that the guy's that work this location run a tight ship.
