CE (Carrier Enterprise) - South Charleston

Bought new unites 1 1/2 years ago for our house it is just a good thing we bought 10 year extended warranty on the unites. Last year our compressor went out in the down stairs unit and it had to be replaced and now the compressor went out in the upstairs unit and now it has to be replaced. We have been without air for two weeks upstairs. And I do not have an appointment as to when they are going to be putting it in. I think this is absolutely a disgrace when you pay $14,000 for two brand new units you expect them to work for more than a year. The units themselves only come with a 60 day warranty. We would have been in a mess if we would not have taken out the extended warranty. I would never recommend Carrier to anyone.

Awsome place to do business they have a great crew of workers very helpful down to earth defiantly a 5 star

Very difficult to get anyone on phone I would do more business with them if it wasn't so difficult to reach them .

Address is in a residential neighborhood....after driving around for 30 minutes and trying to call during posted business hours I give up.

Never seems to answer or return phone calls this isn't the first time very poor service
