Anytime I call I always hope to get Todd on the phone, he is by far the best carrier representative to deal with. Makes the whole operation seamless. From ordering parts, putting together equipment orders, loading equipment. I don’t even deal with Richmond unless I absolutely have to. Todd is my go to!
This is definitely my preferred location. Todd especially has always been super helpful and gotten me through quite a few stressful orders. Zack and Brad have also been great additions to the team. It doesn't matter how much I am picking up or how many people are in the store, I always get in and out quickly at this location. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to your customers!
