CE (Carrier Enterprise)

Everytime I come into this parts house I have to wait an absurd amount of time and get treated like I come second to a phone call or email. I will never sell carrier products unless I need a one off part.

This is the worst parts house of them all. You sit on hold forever, they never answer the phones. Half of them act like they don’t know what they are doing.

A parts house for a terrible product. There’s a reason this place is inefficient and it starts at the corporate level.

If I could give a negative star I would. Every time I call into the store, the automated message praises ordering something online, but anything you look up you have to call the store for availability and price. What is the purpose of offering it online if we still have to end up calling the store? Every time I call, I am on hold for 20 to 30 minutes before someone will answer the phone. Then just to get put back on hold for another 20 minutes while they try to locate the part. I know I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but it shouldn’t be this hard to run a store efficiently. It is almost summertime, and with only two people working the front desk and not answering any phones, as well as nothing being available to get online, I think they need an entirely new staff and management.
