CE (Carrier Enterprise)

I loathe having to call this location for anything carrier related. Where to begin...Let's see being a contractor that occasionally needs carrier parts I can tell you that the counter never picks up the phone and tries to force you to leave a message and receive a return call. It's either pure lazyness or cowardice that the part's counter never answer's the phone but don't expect them to. As backward as that sounds they then require you to have an "active account" to which they will close if you do not purchase anything from them on a regular basis. But they cannot help you and you'll have to call the credit department, even for cod accounts. This process bother's me to the point whereas I don't recommend anyone buying a carrier unit. Team is extremely helpful and always willing to do what it takes to get what I need. They are quick to respond with my requests. I enjoy visiting the branch as the entire team is extremely friendly.

Black guy with glasses doesn't even take the time to ask you what you need, or tell to wait a moment. The white dude is really good.
