CE (Carrier Enterprise) - Wetmore

Always have difficulty getting in touch with CE through the phone. Always have difficulty getting timely. Email responses for older requests. I typically dread having to pick up an order parts for Carrier equipment. I’d rather not sell any carrier equipment if I can help it.

Board was not in stock so now customer has to wait for a board on a newer system. Then the online warranty steps are ridiculous. Answering phones are non existent I could stay on the phone listening to a robot on the way to Wetmore Branch and actually get to the branch before anyone picks up. There is just no CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore. I will give Mark Garcia his kudos for helping us out while also listening to my complaining and still helped us as best as he was able to. 5 stars to the counter guy 0 stars for everything else.

Didn't have the part, went over to Alamo Downs and delt with Robert Hernandez. He went the extra mile for me. The part I needed was obsolete, but he helped with a retrofit idea and I was able to get the heat back on in a little church that I attend. About 80 happy people. A huge thanks to Robert. He's a great asset to Carrier.

Angel was awesome! As soon as I signed in, he got me out the door in minutes. With summer starting up, quick visits make my day and the client's day better. As always, Carrier is the way to go!

Worst supply house and customer service in San Antonio! They charge to process warranty parts and if a customer calls about this fine they try to take your customer and refer different companies and give them a voucher only they can use!!! Even when you bought and installed the system!! The sorriest supply house out there! ***Edit- Ended up going back out there anyway because the company they referred couldn’t figure out how to wire up a x-13 condenser motor. Easily the worst thing a supplier has done in my experience. Waste the customers and my time and fully disrespect my company by trying to refer others to my customer. Would love to have a parking lot meeting with whoever did this!
