Called in to request a part and see if they had it available as my family has been without air for 13 days. The guy helped me all the way up to the part his manager told him to let me go because I’m a homeowner and not a contractor. When I asked if he was really not going to help me and my family out he said his manger said no. What a great company and business motto you have over there that had had to be the rudest most disrespectful thing anyone could have done. And I’ve called 3 other times and had great help with zero issue. This company might be great but your management is absolutely trash and should be let go immediately for that decision made.
They hardly ever answer the phone and they close at 4:00 now. They have been going down hill at this location for a while it seems.
Nothing beats these guys!
