CEC ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Definitely use CEC! CEC came to my home for a quick repair a few weeks ago. All i needed to do was just hit a switch on the outlet but i didn't know this. They felt bad for charging me the standard rate and gave me a big discount. Super kind people, wholesome company. Thank you so much !

CEC truck cut someone off really badly on the 405 today, then brake checked them when they honked as if it was the persons fault that got cut off. Then proceeded to cross the double yellow line into carpool right behind me and tailgated me to the point I couldn’t see headlights or the emblem on the front grill for almost 20 miles. I’m not sure about their electrical work, but their presence in the community clearly isn’t amicable, this is clearly a company that doesn’t care about those they serve.

All communication was with Jason the owner. CEC installed an electrical panel for us. It started with them quoting us $2500 then changing the price to $3500. They then installed the electrical wiring externally around our patio when we requested it to be wired through our attic (standard practice according to other local electric companies). They told us no. The wiring was not attached to house, buckled out infront of our patio door and was a fall hazard. I asked the owner to return to properly attach to house and he said no, we'd have to pay extra for that. Edison came out to reconnect their wire ( running from electrical pole) to our roof and told us the way CEC had connected it was a MAJOR FIRE RISK. the wiring could have slipped out of the tape they used and lit our house on fire. I work out of the house and having my power and internet down was not an option. I called 4 other companies before I tried CEC. CEC answered my call immediately, gave me a 30 minute window, arrived on-time, were friendly, professional and helpful. They got my power back on within minutes and they showed me what the problem was and how to handle it in the future. On top of that, they deemed the visit a courtesy call. Amazing!!! I will definitely use their services and recommend them 100%!

Great estimate, and I'd love to work with them if they ever come to perform the service. I have been waiting for a response from Jessica or Rodrigo. I have called and texted several times, and I get no further with an actual date or time for a service. Hopefully, we can work this out and get services. Jason was great with the estimate. I'll be happy to update this review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the service goes well... It is now over a month after our scheduled service. Our original agreement was service on Dec. 16th, it is now Jan. 18th... our second estimate was Nov. 29th...
