This company insulated our beach condo floor after Hurricane Florence. After working on a kitchen renovation and opening the floor to run plumbing lines I discovered a huge deficit in the required spray foam to achieve the required R value. When I called the company, the owner, Mitch came out. He tried to gaslight me with a lot of jargon. As a licensed general contractor, I know what the correct insulation codes and spray foam thicknesses are. The local building inspector confirmed the insulation was not sufficient. In addition, my insulation contractor in Raleigh also confirmed, the spray foam installed was not to code. We paid for the service, but we were cheated and taken advantage of.
