Do not use Casey Williams, Cedarwoods Management. I have her on security surveillance stealing items. I am so disappointing. I used her for over 2 years and liked her. Then a few things started to go missing which I didn't think much of until last time saw her snooping through dresser drawers and taking multiple items from the garage and taking them to her car. I reached out for an explanation but nothing. Asked for my keys back and no response. I had all the locks changed and I am in the process of reporting her to the VT State Police and sending them video of the theft.
Casey is wonderful. I called her and she helped us out the same day! The carpets look almost brand new when she finished.. She stayed late and finished cleaning everything. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is and how great the place looked when she left.
Very professional, reliable and . . . clean! I have tried others but they never wowed me as much as Cedarwood Management. Now I can stop looking elsewhere.
