Amazing service for my pet business. Windows are cleaned regularly and done well, rug rental and cleaning service on point. Owner is genuine, helpful, and really kind. He came out to my second location the next day after calling to add service there and gave me several options that would serve me best. Very grayeful to have connected with this company.

After being a customer for over 20 years, this company failed to show up or communicate for an entire month. I made four phone calls and spoke with the older woman in the office, but never received a return call or any explanation. Due to the complete lack of communication, I reasonably assumed service was no longer being provided and hired a new company. When they finally showed up today, they seemed surprised and cited the weather as the reason. While I understand cold weather can delay window cleaning, the absence of any communication is unacceptable. Unfortunately, they have lost a long-time loyal customer due to poor follow-through and customer service.
