STAY AWAY!! DO NOT PARK at a PROFESSIONAL PARKING MANAGEMENT. The same thing happened to me as a previous reviewer. They sent me a fine for $115.00, but if I pay within 30 days it would be $90.00 for an OVERSTAY. I was being accused of parking but not paying. I disputed and showed them proof that I paid twice. Maybe there was a time-lapse between the two payments but $115 fine is abusive. They charge 1-hour $12.60 2-$22.60. This is the second time I have parked in a parking lot managed by PROFESSIONAL PARKING MANAGEMENT that this has happened to me. Last time '24, they charged me $46.00 if paid within 30 days $36.00. Lesson learned DO NOT PARK and look at the signs. They use paybyphone so do not assume they function like other parking lots. They have camera's that take a picture of your li

Scam and fraud, be aware! We paid at the parking lot and had the receipt and placed the receipt on the car dash, my wife and I both remembered clearly about the details since we were having lunch at the CVI.CHE 105. But after one month we received a $53 parking ticket for the 1.5 hours parking. What’s odd is that we cannot find that transaction in my credit card statement. Since we were traveling we never missed any parking fee and make sure we obeyed the parking rules. But since we cannot find the credit card transaction and we don’t have the receipt anymore we cannot argue anything.

DONT PARK HERE. FRAUD BEING RUN BY "PROFESSIONAL PARKING MAMAGEMENT". THEY WILL SEND YOU A FINE EVEN IF YOU PAY THE METER. THEY WILL DENY YOUR APPEAL WITHOUT EXPLANATION EVEN WHEN YOU SEND CLEAR EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT. THEN THEY ATTEMPT TO EXTORT YOU BY THREATENING TO SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS. COMPANY FACING SEVERAL LAWSUITS AND AN F RATING BY BBB.

It is quite reasonable parking if you are parking for >2 hrs. Location is easy to reach bayfront park and bayside market place. I am not giving 5 start because I didn't find any on-site staff
