Communications ( terrible ) Make very sure you communicate exactly what and when you want your concrete. Payment was an issue.whats wrong with cash. 1st truck was late 2nd truck was early . Trying so hard to save money these days. And you get a well known company that's jercks you around. I got an apology. $4500 dollars worth of concrete. And a lot more time and work to go because they could not follow directions. Apologies don't help. BEWARE.
