Here was my personal experience. I called in and ordered concrete to be delivered with a 10 day notice in advance. I sent over all my info via email as well as payment info per Cemex request. The day before my scheduled delivery, I called in and confirmed that all my info was received and that I was on the schedule for delivery. The morning of delivery which was scheduled at 11:00. I called again and confirmed delivery. I also had a pump that I scheduled waiting at 11:00. At 10:23 I had a missed call from Cemex wanting a confirmation of delivery, I immediately called back and was on hold for 40 min. Once I got someone on the phone, they said that they rescheduled me to 12:00 to 12:30 because they didn't get a confirmation from me. I then paid extra money for my pump to wait till the new s
Seems unprofessional if you ask me to have your drivers out at 5AM!!! Pouring cement in a residential neighborhood. Certainly don’t appreciate my 8month old and 4 year old being woke up that early. I’m sure there were commercial projects or other things that could have been done until a reasonable time of the morning, quite inconsiderate.
