They need to bring better visual labels

We did some work for them they are good people to us courteous worried about your safety great job guys

I had a slab I was getting poured 28×34×6" deep. A friend of mine that works for the company had a person for me to call and get this set up I thought this would be simple enough. I called this person and he said we were good to go that I would receive a response back from the plant to get my information just days from the pour still nothing I texted him and explained my concerns he insured me that the other person would be calling me he never did the morning of the pour I had to call him back and let him know that I still have not received a call a hour before the pour he calls me and gets my information. The truck was late first truck the other truck was supposed to be 30 minutes behind him he showed up a hour later and let me tell you the plant is 15 minutes away from my home. After he

Did not call back. Did not complete transaction and wasted 3 days of my time. Will make my own concrete out of clay,straw and bird poo before I ever call them for concrete again.
