Pablo Is A Lie! He promise to order parts and come back but instead he noted nothing was wrong with the toilet and closed the order; The lady Virginia I think her name is, kept getting my invoice confused with others, This is just a very unorganized and rude business; The lady answers the phone must be 90 years old cause she couldn't read notes or comprehend in no way, or she was just being rude. I am a Realtor and will not be recommending this company to anyone, customer service will make you or break you.

Worst experience, we got a new construction and the project manager made it a horrible experience she is rude not organized and they hire the cheapest sub contractors they can find that are also unprofessional and made a complete mess of my home.

Please be careful with doing business with this company they stole money out of my account when I paid them by check and approximately 3 years ago they stole money from my fiance's mother when she paid by credit card
