We cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and Centennial Builders. They stepped into what can only be described as a huge mess; nearly everything was wrong due to a previous fraudulent, unlicensed contractor who abandoned the project and failed to obtain the required permits. Gilbert took over a project that many contractors would have walked away from. He helped us navigate and correct serious permit issues, worked with the county to get us back into compliance, and properly completed the work the way it should have been done from the start. These guys are amazing! Gilbert is excellent to work with! He listens to your needs and desires and then provided a quote that was on target and very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent and IF there was something that wasn’t quite right or what we wanted he adapted and resolved it or made it happen. I’ve used him for multiple jobs and I trust him each time to do a great job! I’ve referred him to others and they’ve had the same great experience. If you need anything done he can do it or he has a crew of experts on his team that will deliver! They are the best! He’s not just our contractor now, he’s become a friend!

Gilbert Pacheco "s Centennial Builders is fantastic. He will come to view your wants or needs. He takes pictures and measurements. Gives you a few estimates. You can choose what you want. He organizes the preparation, and construction. He keeps in contacts you and checks the work along the way. Later he makes sure you are happy with the project ,and makes any changes to suit you.
