Center Heating & Cooling Supply

Came in to grab a part that I needed for one of my investment properties in Asheboro, when I came in I was asked in a rude way by the older gentleman at the counter what I was there for, I was immediately disrespected for not wearing a company uniform and not look familiar to them. I returned the part I purchased because I found a better price at a Greensboro HVAC supplier. I will definitely be driving to Greensboro to get my supplies in the future because the way I was treated as a client is very poor and rude. No meed to do business with such a behavior.

Saw a comment similar to my experience so I’m putting mine out there. I was not able to catch the name of the employee but he was very dismissive and would not allow me to speak in regards to what I was looking for. He did not have any customer service or customer communication skills. I build homes for a living and I would never go back to this place for anything and would not recommend it to my clients.

Traveled from Charlotte into the Asheboro area for light commercial hvac service. Glad I found this place. The employees are friendly and very helpful. This place had all the 16"x25"x2" box filters and fan belts needed for the job! Highly recommended!!

Refuses to sell to the public. I need a capacitor to fix my AC unit and they refuse to sell me the part but will charge me more to fix it themselves. I just need a capacitor

Friendly and knowledgeable, ask for Revis, service was good. Prices are comparable or better than other places I checked.
