Centerpark Harlow Parking Garage

Update after my month is over: Still 5 stars. Everyone I dealt with has been great...no issues with the car... excellent service... So far experience has been good. Just bought a monthly pass and even on a Sunday night they had someone there to get me a key card. Nice friendly guy working in a tiny warm office. Not sure I'd be so pleasant. Guy that answered the phone was helpful too. Hope this stays a positive experience.

The spacing in this parking garage is so tight, I’ve seen numerous cars get scratched up while trying to fit in the tiny parking spaces. If you care about your car, do not park here. It’s not safe if any damage is done to it. The garage manager does nothing if you scratch your car while parking in their tight spaces. Once you get your ticket and enter, they literally have a yellow foam covering on one corner because numerous cars have scratched themselves in that same exact spot. The manager on site is not helpful. It’s better to park elsewhere and walk over to access Trader Joe’s. Complete garbage garage.

Tight and fast paced, but works.

Would give them zero stars if I could. I dropped my parking validation in a grate and explained to the assistance help line when pulling out that I had my receipt but I dropped the ticket. She said I had to pay $120 lost fee ticket and there were no other options. I had to reverse out of the PayStation, find another spot on a busy Sunday and went back up to Trader Joe’s where they gave me a new ticket. The woman didn’t even suggest that. I understand they are trying to prevent fraud but $120?!?! Seems excessive and she was quite rude.

Terrible. Overpriced. Constantly under construction and broken. Overflowed with people, no security & the people who work in the garage are clueless. Car paint was also damaged by some chemical dripping through their piping. Nice! Good luck getting someone on the phone either.. $290? Can find much cheaper, less sketchy, better options. Don’t recommend
