Heads up to all drivers, especially those with SUVs: Beware of being overcharged at the Centerpark Park Lane Garage. I had an extremely negative experience where the parking attendant to overcharged me, seemingly taking advantage of the fact that the driver was an inexperienced woman. The attendant charged an "oversized vehicle" fee of $20 for a standard, stock 2024 Jeep Wrangler, even though I was parked for just over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, when the attendant took my cash, he failed to provide any form of receipt, which I now realize was likely an intentional move to cover up the overcharge. The entire interaction felt dishonest and targeted. Be cautious and demand a receipt for the correct amount if you use this garage. I have reported the incident to NYC authorities and sug
Excellent service! The monthly parking is so worth it, as there are never parking spots available in this area. Gustavo, Milton, & José are absolutely wonderful attendants!
This is my go to parking for over night and full day parking when I visit the area. Honest and friendly.
