Centflo Plumbing

I woke up one morning to water randomly spraying out of my driveway and immediately panicked. My dad usually handles stuff like this and he was out of town, so I had no idea what to do. I called Centflo Plumbing and they seriously saved me. They came out the same day, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and even showed me the broken piece so I knew what was wrong. They fixed the leak, put the driveway back together as best they could, and even tried to compact the dirt and gravel, which I really appreciated. The whole process was way less stressful than I expected and they made it super easy from start to finish. I’m really glad I found them.

We had a horrible experience! Our contract was for them to replumb all existing fixtures in our house, including the two outside taps. When I finally realized my outside watering system that was on a timer wasn't working (as my plants were dying), we investigated and found it was no longer hooked up. They had installed one into the lanai instead (which they didn't get permission to do), probably because it was easier to do. Unfortunately, that is not usable for my watering system. They were supposed to come out and complete the job the way it was supposed to be done in the first place, and would cost us an extra $250. I had a minor broken pipe. Due to it being broken my water had to be shut off.. The plumber was nice and professional but I feel due to my shut off situation he took advantage of it and over charge me ... I work with plumbers but they live to far to do me the favor and not get caught over paying. But sure enough, I had to pay or do the job myself and save me 350$. My coworker explained how simple it was to do it. I work overnights and get home to do it was not my idea of fixing it. Next time I would definitely do it myself. I was thinking maybe 250 for the job but like I said he took advantage of the situation and charged me more. Even 250 is a lot for a 20$ part... Watch out ppl.. plumbers are worse then lawyers they get you anyway they can. Especially if your desperate for a solution.

Eli came out and did an outstanding job installing a water pressure reducer on my main water line coming into the house. My water pressure without it was 125 PSI(!!!) and was causing all sorts of issues with hot water heater, sprinklers etc. He did more work just to have it beautifully installed without a ton of unions and very streamline for less potential breakpoints later. Wonderful job Eli, and I appreciate Cent Flo not price gouging customers!

I was so impressed with this company I had an urgent issue with a rental unit and Frank the owner did his very best to help me in a timely manner. I can tell he runs his business very efficiently and fairly to the customer and to his employees. It was a day off for them but he came himself to my rescue. He sent pictures of the problem and the results so I had every confidence that the issue was resolved. He left the area looking like new. All was needed was a little paint! Thank you Frank and team!
