There selection was surprisingly good. They had the part I needed in stock. Price was fair and service was good. Side note my phone experience was sub-par. I felt like I was being rushed or even dismissed. I wasn't finished asking questions when the call was abruptly ended. I'm hoping this was because they were busy when I called.

I've had to go here twice as a homeowner, once for a capacitor and later for a condenser fan motor. Both times the staff were extremely helpful getting me exactly what I needed. I felt like I got the same level of service as any of the pros that were in the store. It's great having a shop like this around and I'll definitely be back if I ever need any HVAC supplies in the future.
