Used business for many years - bought 2 new units in the past 20 years. Called and texted from Friday through Monday - absolutely no response. Good thing I had 2 portables. I even mentioned to them that my husband needs a cool house due to his health problems. Maybe they didn’t want to fix the duct work under my home, but they could have at least called.

We have been waiting three weeks for our “parts” to come in, then we were told that our system would be installed on Monday - only to find out, come Wednesday, that he never showed up and still has not returned any of my calls or texts.

Would highly recommend, outstanding service, very friendly and super knowledgeable. They are full service and know their stuff!
