We swapped out a 21 year old Lennox AC unit for a Lennox Heat Pump. It was time ! Central Air provided the insight, expertise and technical experience to make the swap clean, efficient and effective in five hours. The only evidence remaining behind, aside from the Heat Pump itself, was one sheet metal screw and one red wire connector. No mess! The wiring was complex and tedious but accomplished without a hitch. The three technicians did not waste a step. They coordinated and orchestrated the entire operation like a successful Broadway show - no hitches, no hiccups and no trauma. This is my second install with Central Air Systems- initially 21 years ago and again about 6 weeks ago when they installed a Lennox heat pump and furnace as well as a humidifier and hot water tank. Their entire crew is professional, courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up all construction/install debris. Equally important, initially there were a few issues with the system not working properly but Central Air Systems promptly sent technicians to fix the problems. Central Air Systems is a great company - they are responsive and fairly priced. They efficiently handled all documentaion for rebates which was a big perk. I'm still adjusting to the new system and technology but I have no regrets selecting Central Air Systems!

When our sixteen year-old system ultimately was economically beyond repair, we got an estimate for a new Lennox ultra-high efficiency heat pump from the original installer, Central Air Systems, Inc., as well as others, who couldn't beat what Central was offering. Moreover, Central Air's reliable and proven annual maintenance and emergency service record with us since 2009 is priceless. We made the right decision again to continue with Central Air Systems, Inc. The new system is wonderful. The dedication, care, professionalism and proficiency of installers Kyle and Ryan was wonderful. My Central Air Systems experience was great. I had a 3 zone Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split installed. Their price was competitive and their financing is awesome. The installers Kyle and Ryan were terrific. Highly recommend!
