Superb help and customer service by ED. ED was so so helpful 7 STARS for ED. We had an idea to install an AC handler and duct system for cold air on our own. We have never done this before. We bought the Handler on line now we had to get the full duct system of pipes to push air to 3 bed rooms and living room. We showed up to central aire supply with ideas and some money. Ed worked through the whole project with us , thinking through our whole project and informing what we needed for the attic and for all the rooms to complete the duct system. Then he informed us of all the items we needed. We listened and did as he recommended. His information was 100 percent on target, very honest and to the point. We were able to set up the entire duct system in the house and connect it to the Handl

0 Stars if I could. Rude, poor customer service! First forceful question..."what company are you from?" I explained I was a homeowner calling to inquire about a custom sized register box. Don't know who answered the phone, but there was no eagerness to help in any way shape or form. To add insult to injury, the person hung up after basically calling me an amateur and ordering me to call my HVAC Professional. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company; they don't have the basics down on how to treat a person with respect.

Get my HVAC / sheet metal parts here alot...custom grilles and diffusers are a also available
