Central City Air

Central City office confirmed Service Team would be coming the morning of scheduled service. Service Team called to inform 15 min arrival time. Bryan and Eduardo teamed well together. Bryan clearly in charge and very friendly and customer focused. Provided the Service ordered, expeditiously even with a rain down pour for about 15 min! Took great care of my rugs and furniture placed outside in order to pressure wash inside of porch during the rain protecting it with plastic cover. Thank you for this 5 star service!

Linda, the Service Manager is friendly and competent in managing the scheduling and communication follow-up. Javier, the service technician, is extremely competent, with attention to every detail in checking out my two heating systems. He communicates willingly about what he is doing and why. He is thorough and instills confidence with his friendly and professional manner.
