Central Coast Casualty Restoration came to the rescue when we had a major water damage issue at my mother's home. They responded quickly and they were professional. I liked the fact that they were local and really helped my mother understand the process from beginning to completion. We were so happy with the results that we had them come back and remodel both a guest and master bathroom!

CCCR really became part of my home's family when the kitchen blew a slab leak back in August of 2023. They were diligent, kind, understanding, and professional. They promised a 5 year warrenty on al of their work. In October 2024, the Quartzcite kitchen countertops that they installed began to stain and brown. Now in March 2025, the stain is still there! This company has completely abandoned the job and is slowing the process at every stage. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone on the Central Coast. CCCR is known for helping military families. I totally recommend you look elsewhere for help in restoring a leak in your home.

Rick and Colton (apologies if i have a name wrong) came out today to fix an urgent need with my deck and a horrible thing called black mold. I only called once. The woman answering the call was very polite and empathetic. The two (actually 3 altogether) men who did the job were very nice, professional and personable. They got the job done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will be having them back for a much larger job soon. Thank you sooo much! Jennifer Minikin
