My garage door froze to the floor after our last 'rain then freeze and snow'. It did pull up but bent and jumped track. We knew our door is old but mid winter at 10 degree weather is not when you want to replace a door, nor park outside when you are disabled and have difficulty standing to clean the snow off after parking outside. Rick was here same day. Looked it over, and was a true repair guy. He didn't just make an easy fix (and it would've broken down within days) he diagnosed ALL the issues and one by one tightened, aligned, and then added the reinforcement to the door that made it better than what we've been managing with. It was so nice to have someone prepared to diagnose and repair; not just drive out and recommend replacement. Thanks Rick - great job man!

Props MUST be paid to both Home depot in West Allis and Central Door Solutions!! We've had problems with our garage door opener for years now. Especially when temperatures drop to under 20 degrees. So yesterday I had no choice but to go and buy a new one. I also wanted it installed professionally so I was told that someone would contact me in 7-10 days to schedule it. Then today I get a call and was told that there was a slot available to do it today. I was shocked. And they just got here. Thats like 24 hours from purchase to install. Thank you Eberto Velazquez for accomplishing a major fix for us!! You rock dude!!! 5 stars all the way around. AWESOMESAUCE!!!

Just had Rick out here and he was fabulous! Reasonable pricing, kind, knowledgeable. I really appreciated working with them. The whole experience made what started as a bad day with a garage door problem much better! They were quick to come help - within 2 hours of my call - and quick to get the work done. I thought I needed substantial work done and it would be costly - but I appreciated that they didn't try to add on things I didn't need even though I thought I did! I'll never call anyone else for my door needs again.
