Great experience with Central Indiana Chimney. We literally had five companies give us a chimney repair estimate. The other companies gave us a "sort of" estimate with few details and didn't assess the chimney prior to the estimate. Central Indiana Chimney gave a very detailed and reasonable chimney repair estimate. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and arrived on time. They completed the job, in the expected time, and completed the insurance form as well. We have had no further issues since the repair. We are very grateful for their service.

You will not regret using Central Indiana Chimney Repair! They identified our garage ceiling leak as coming from the chimney itself and recommended a liner for our brick and mortar chimney (it's for our furnace flue). There was honest discussion of what was really needed and no upselling whatsoever. I do appreciate that!! There was excellent communication all along and they completed the work in less than half a day. Honest, professional, excellent...you really can't ask for more!

I had no issues with them the first year I used them and so I called them out for a repeat cleaning. First, they acted like we were bothering them when scheduling. I had a relative come sit with my house since they told me they would be there "around noon". Well, around noon was 5pm. They charged nearly $300 for 20 mins of work and offered no discount for being so grossly late. Their employee was pleasant but alluded to being overbooked. The employee pulled 3 birds out of my chimney but couldn't figure out how they got in, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense since they are supposed to be the chimney experts. Like I didn't just let them in through my house. So that didn't get resolved and I will probably eventually have birds in the chimney again. I am so incredibly disappointed by this
